How we keep data current
A monthly refresh cycle re-pulls the source APIs across the full dataset, flags records where data has changed or businesses have closed, and updates or removes entries accordingly. Records that cannot be matched against a live source are removed from customer exports until re-confirmed. Each record carries a last-refreshed date so your team can see how recent it is.
