TPS and CTPS screening
Phone numbers in our database are screened against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) and Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) before entering our system. Numbers registered on either list are flagged and excluded from exports by default. We re-screen the full dataset monthly.
UK GDPR and data protection
Peach Data processes personal data under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR, Legitimate Interests. All data relates exclusively to individuals acting in a commercial capacity as business owners, directors or founders of UK commercial enterprises. We have conducted and documented a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA), available on request.
ICO registration
Peach Data is a trading name of Meridian Interface Ltd, registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office. Our ICO registration number is ZC101614.

Monthly re-screening
We do not screen once and move on. The entire dataset is put through TPS and CTPS every month so your exports remain clean without any action on your part.
Legitimate Interest Assessment
We have formally assessed and documented our lawful basis under Article 6(1)(f). The full LIA is available to customers and prospects on request. No waiting, no NDA required.
Data subject rights
Any business owner, director or founder in our dataset can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. Email privacy@peachdata.co.uk with the subject line "Opt Out Request" and the contact details you wish to suppress.
Permanent suppression list
Opt-outs are permanent. Once a contact requests removal, they are added to our suppression list and excluded from all future exports, even after data refreshes. Removal requests are processed within 5 working days.
