How is pricing actually calculated?

Pricing is quoted against your GTM scope. Per city is £999 per month, billed annually at £11,988 per city per year. National GTM runs £19,000 to £28,999 per year depending on city footprint, refresh cadence and exclusivity. We quote per customer.

How does the pilot work?

A 30 day paid pilot at £2,499 with 200 hospitality records across 3 cities of your choice. Scope is negotiable. The £2,499 is credited against any annual contract if you convert.

How does billing work?

Annual contracts billed up front for both per city and national GTM tiers. The pilot is a fixed 30 day term billed once. Bespoke arrangements (multi-year, custom volume or specific coverage requirements) are negotiated per customer.

Can I upgrade from the pilot mid-cycle?

Yes. Convert to annual at any point during the pilot and the £2,499 pilot fee is credited against the contract.

Is the data compliant?

ICO registered. Every record is TPS and CTPS screened before it enters your database. UK GDPR aligned.
